The receptionists were attentive and organized and supplied water and snacks while waiting. You get a sense that they really know what they are doing and are using their knowledge to help you achieve your skincare goals.Also, the location is gorgeous, and not only that, but once you are undergoing treatments, because of the thorough explanation of the staff, discomfort is minimal and the relaxing environment makes every step of the experience pleasing.The Master Esthetician of the location is absolutely amazing and you can really see a difference after one facial. She also helps you post treatment by letting you know which products are best for your skin and she formulates a skin care regimen to prolong the effects of your treatments.Dr. Nichols’ expertise and passion for cosmetic services are evident in every interaction. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the available treatments, making me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.Moreover, the post-treatment care and follow-up at NicholsMD were exceptional. The team provided detailed instructions on aftercare and were readily available to address any questions or concerns that arose.Overall, my experience at NicholsMD exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The practice is absolutely stunning. Dr Nichols couldn't have been more engaging and supportive of my treatment as I came in for Ultherapy recently (face & neck). Alyson was an absolute dream to work with. Since the procedure is not the most pleasant (slight discomfort at times), she kept me engaged and distracted so it was all done before I knew it. It's amazing how much firmer my skin felt immediately upon leaving and I am currently awaiting the real results which take 2-3 months to develop. Since many of my friends with thrilled with their Ultherapy treatment, I am pretty excited. I left my visit with a neck protocol duo that includes a SkinCeuticals treatment alongside Dr Nichols' targeted moisturizer. Would absolutely recommend this location for your non-invasive needs.

I got the AviClear treatment, and it was absolutely amazing! The discomfort was minimal (very similar to laser hair removal), and the staff at Nichols was GREAT! I’m going back for my second treatment in two weeks and I cannot wait. My skin already looks better and I haven’t had a breakout since. Can’t wait to see the full results when my treatments are complete !
