Dear Patients,

Today, I turn 46. I’ve always told my clients that they should never feel guilty about taking care of themselves; that when you look good and feel good, you meet the world as your most confident self. And, as you know, I practice what I preach. Here at NicholsMD, my team and I feel that your birthday is never something you should fear. In fact, we celebrate each new year in true #NaturalAtNichols style – with a birthday facial and a glass of bubbly.
 
I strive to look my very best at every age, and my mission, as your dermatologist, is to help you feel just as confident as I do in your own skin. I wanted to share with you the cosmetic treatments I personally have done this past year to help me feel my best on my birthday:

Dear Patients ,
 
What a summer it has been! As you may have seen, I’ve done some traveling recently – a family girl’s trip to Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and Spain with family and friends. All the while staying sun-safe, of course!
 
 
What did I do to get my body ready for the summer? Here at NicholsMD, know that I always practice what I preach. I did treatments of EmSculpt® to enhance the results of my workouts, my signature Total Butt Lift and Tone package, and Qwo® to get rid of stubborn cellulite. Summer is in full swing here at NicholsMD! And a busy summer it has been. This past weekend, my dream team and I celebrated the one year anniversary of my second location, SkinCeuticals’ SkinLab by NicholsMD in Harbor Point, Stamford. The party featured live treatment demos, a DJ, and light bites and bubblies, similar to our NicholsMD Anniversary Parties – we had a blast with our patients and the community as a whole.
 
 
In addition, the past month I aired the first installment of my new webinar series, Hustle & Glow™ NicholsMD Institute. As a physician and proud entrepreneur, I started Hustle & Glow™ to educate those in the beauty business on how to attract, maintain and grow loyal clientele.
