We live in a world in which we are all hopelessly reliant on our mobile devices. And these days, this attachment often starts at a young age. As a result, we have noticed an earlier emergence of neck aging than in years past — characterized by horizontal neck lines and crepey neck skin—has been dubbed #TechNeck.

At NicholsMD, we have refined a combination method of both preventive and corrective injectables to minimize expressive, horizontal neck lines. It also includes a micro-focused ultrasound technology treatment to tighten the targeted neck area.

First visit to Nichols MD at the Fairfield location. Wonderful consultation with Kaitlyn. She asked me first what were my major areas of concerns. We discussed and she left and came back with a full treatment plan and skincare plan. We also discussed priorities and next steps. Very thorough, friendly, professional and realistic. Cannot wait for my first treatment next week!

This place is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly, informative and professional. Dr. Nichols has a great bedside manner and is very thorough. It was my first time going for a consultation and I was scared. However, the staff did not push and they even gave me a free treatment to ease my concerns. I had the best experience today getting fraxel laser treatment from Alyson. She made me feel comfortable from the second I arrived and until the minute I was leaving. She walked me through everything so I felt at ease and excited to get the procedure done. Moments after, she gave me my post procedure instructions in-person and talked me through what I can and cannot do/use. I'm so excited to see my results! Alyson was the best. I just got the Greenwich Secret done by Alyson, and I am obsessed! I was so nervous because I’m not a huge fan of needles.. or pain.. and she made me feel so comfortable and it wasn’t as bad as I thought! Her bedside manner is great! Plus I love the results already. Definitely recommend.

An excellent practice with cutting edge scientific knowledge. Everyone is highly trained and attentive. In just 2 months my skin has literally transformed from dry/tired to dewy/youthful. More importantly, Dr. Nichols is extremely skilled, informative and caring.

I truly cannot express how amazing this team is! Staff is always kind and helpful, and they always make me feel very comfortable and at ease when getting an injection. I have to shout out Katie for her injection expertise, how could it be close to pain free and look so perfect!? I swear my face is SAVED, natural, not to much but not to little, little lift and a little perk! I have NEVER been happier or felt better.
