Kim Nichols, MD, FAAD is the Founding Director of NicholsMD of Greenwich. A board-certified dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Nichols is renowned for her expertise in the fields of cosmetic and medical/surgical dermatology. She has been featured as an expert speaker by numerous pharmaceutical, dermatological, skincare companies and organizations, such as The Dr. Oz Show, Better Homes and Garden Magazine, Good Day New York, USWeekly, Women’s Health Magazine, The Megyn Kelly Today Show, and News Channel12. Dr. Nichols is a Medical Council Physician Member of The Skin Care Foundation, and a physician-trainer for Allergan, the makers of Botox. In 2019, Dr. Nichols joined the Editorial Board for Practical Dermatology Magazine.

Dr. Nichols graduated Cum Laude from Harvard University and attended NYU Medical School. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Medical Center and completed her dermatology residency at KDMC/Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. Beyond her leadership in the medical field, Dr. Nichols is a Board Member of the Greater New York City American Red Cross.

Dr. Nichols lives in the area with her husband and three small children.

I went to Kim Nichols, MD today for the first time, and LOVED my experience! I am not familiar with most of the procedures they offer because I am just starting to focus on my skincare and haven't done much to date. The offices are beautiful, and everyone was SO nice! The two girls that I worked with Lexie and Mikayla were sweet and knowledgable. They took the time to ask me questions and assess my skin before they recommended a pigment balancing peel to start. The procedure itself was easy and I learned so much because they explained every step! 5 stars and then some!

Today, I had my first ever Botox treatment! Chris was amazing. Because everyone is different and their needs can vary Chris explained, in detail, what that meant for me which allowed me to make an educated decision for myself. Chris answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable and has a warm, friendly, professional demeanor. The entire staff could not have been more welcoming. From the moment you walk in you feel like you’re amongst friends. A truly wonderful experience.

I absolutely (still) love going to NicholsMD of Greenwich. It's been about a year of treatments and Mikayla is the absolute best. I go for my facials, skincare, and Botox and she nails it everytime. I get compliments on my skin everywhere I go and I feel so fresh and energized. My goal at Dr. Nichols was to never look tired or worn down. I just had a wonderful experience at NicholsMD! From the moment you enter the lobby, you are treated like a VIP and no detail is overlooked. The space is beautiful, relaxing and welcoming, just what you hope for at a skin care boutique. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, making you feel comfortable and even offering drinks and snacks while you wait. The doctors explain all services available and help you select the best one for your needs. I didn’t feel rushed at all and I asked a lot of questions, LOL! And the best part is that you can have the treatment the same day as your consultation. As a busy mom, this is exactly what I want in a medspa and I’ll definitely be returning. Can’t wait to see the results of my “Greenwich Secret” treatment in a few weeks! Highly recommend!

The practice is absolutely stunning. Dr Nichols couldn't have been more engaging and supportive of my treatment as I came in for Ultherapy recently (face & neck). Alyson was an absolute dream to work with. Since the procedure is not the most pleasant (slight discomfort at times), she kept me engaged and distracted so it was all done before I knew it. It's amazing how much firmer my skin felt immediately upon leaving and I am currently awaiting the real results which take 2-3 months to develop. Since many of my friends with thrilled with their Ultherapy treatment, I am pretty excited. I left my visit with a neck protocol duo that includes a SkinCeuticals treatment alongside Dr Nichols' targeted moisturizer. Would absolutely recommend this location for your non-invasive needs.

I got the AviClear treatment, and it was absolutely amazing! The discomfort was minimal (very similar to laser hair removal), and the staff at Nichols was GREAT! I’m going back for my second treatment in two weeks and I cannot wait. My skin already looks better and I haven’t had a breakout since. Can’t wait to see the full results when my treatments are complete !
