First visit to Nichols MD at the Fairfield location. Wonderful consultation with Kaitlyn. She asked me first what were my major areas of concerns. This place is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly, informative and professional. Dr. Nichols has a great bedside manner and is very thorough. It was my first time going for a consultation and I was scared. However, the staff did not push and they even gave me a free treatment to ease my concerns. I had the best experience today getting fraxel laser treatment from Alyson. She made me feel comfortable from the second I arrived and until the minute I was leaving. She walked me through everything so I felt at ease and excited to get the procedure done. Moments after, she gave me my post procedure instructions in-person and talked me through what I can and cannot do/use. I'm so excited to see my results! Alyson was the best. I truly cannot express how amazing this team is! Staff is always kind and helpful, and they always make me feel very comfortable and at ease when getting an injection.
